TableTime Sessions By Appointment Only: Elements Of Life Wellness encourages you to schedule your Therapeutic Alliance Consultation via MassageBook TODAY.
Late-Arrivals and Cancelations: The Late-Arrival and Cancelation policy waiver will be permitted for anyone who develops symptoms of illness specific to COVID-19.
Please log in to your MassageBook client profile to cancel your Bodywork/Massage Therapy session at the 1st sign of COVID-19 symptomatology.
Client Guests: At this time, client's guests will not be permitted to wait for clients in the reception area or in the session room. In the event the guest is a legal guardian of or language interpreter for the client, an exception can be made.
Arrival Procedure: When you arrive we will follow protocols to Ensure Your Safety and the Safety of your Bodywork/Massage Therapist:
Face Masks and PPE: I will wear an N95 mask. In addition, to ensure proper air purification, inside my Bodywork/Massage studio an FDA approved HEPA filter Air Purifier will run consistently for the duration of your session as well as the extended time between each client.
Please ensure you wear a proper fitting N95 facemask.
If you develop symptoms of illness or test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days/ 2 weeks of the date of your Bodywork/Massage Therapy session, please update your MassageBook Client Profile IMMEDIATELY, detailing your individual COVID-19 experience.
I will follow up to check in on your health progress 1 week/7 days and 2 weeks/14 days after the date of your session.
