Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. It is our desire to be fair to all clients, please be mindful of the following honored policies:
48-hour advance notice is required when canceling your TableTime directly via your MassageBook Client Portal. This allows the opportunity for someone on the client waiting list to schedule TableTime in your stead. If you are unable to reschedule/cancel prior to the 48 hours timeframe you will be automatically charged the FULL AMOUNT of your TableTime Session.
No-Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the FULL AMOUNT for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your TableTime session will be adjusted to the amount of time remaining in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow. Out of respect & consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly & arrive 5 minutes prior to address any pre-session needs i.e. restroom, phone silencing, etc.
